Cadbury Schweppes plc is a confectionery and beverage company with its headquarters in Berkeley Square, London, United Kingdom. However, it does not manufacture Schweppes beverages for Brazil, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Romania or the United Kingdom, having sold its trademarks there to The Coca-Cola Company; nor is it manufactured in Poland, having sold its trademarks there to PepsiCo. Cadbury Schweppes is currently the only major international confectionery manufacturer to produce Fairtrade or organic products, which it sells through its subsidiary company Green & Black's.
